Individual product orders
Need just rollers across a ten-home stage? Or tint on the west elevation of a commercial build? We quote individual products as easily as full packages.
Stage-aligned delivery
Manufacturing and install sequenced to your build stages. Shutters ordered at frame stage (six to eight week lead). Blinds and tint scheduled for pre-handover.

How it works for builders

Scope
Send us a floor plan, a window schedule, or just a site address. We can quote off drawings for repeat builders or visit the site for the first project together.
Quote
A written quote broken down by room, covering blinds, curtains, shutters, and tint in a single document. Entry, mid, and premium tiers available so your client can choose at selections.
Lock in
Deposit on approval. Manufacturing starts the same day. Lead times are confirmed on the quote so you can plan your handover around them.
Deliver
Install is scheduled to your handover date. Tint goes on first (clean glass, no fabric in the way), then blinds and curtains bracket up. Site is left clean.
Invoice
Balance on completion. Trade terms (7, 14, or 30 day) available for established builder relationships. One invoice for blinds and tint — not two suppliers, two invoices, two follow-ups.

Yes. Trade pricing applies from the first project. Rates are consistent across developments and we do not re-quote per home once the relationship is established. Volume and repeat work keep pricing sharp.
Yes. For repeat builders we can quote off drawings alone. For a first project together we prefer to visit the site once to confirm measurements and discuss product selections.
Roller blinds and curtains are typically two to four weeks from deposit. Plantation shutters take six to eight weeks. Tinting can be done the same week. We confirm lead times on the written quote so you can plan your handover.
Yes. A deposit is taken on approval with the balance due on completion. For established builder relationships we offer seven, fourteen, or thirty day terms. One invoice covers blinds and tint — not two suppliers.
